1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping will be arranged or guided by us if the issue is from our side.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned products are inspected after receipt.
  • Only unused, original-condition items with original packaging will be accepted.

6. Refund or Replacement
